![]() Roasting at the Factory At Stone Creek Coffee, we are passionate about good coffee. We roast our coffees from the best green coffee available, and we are always on the lookout for coffees that introduce new flavors or complexity to our lineup. We manage our roasting process to the last degree by creating detailed profiles to guide every second of the roast for every one of our coffees. In 2004, we tested and re-tested each of our profiles in order to craft just the right flavor and to guarantee consistency across roasts. We also work hard at blending to take our coffees to a new level. Like a winemaker, we combine coffees that offer distinct notes in order to create new flavors, creating a profile where each coffee complements the others and works together to create something great. Eash season, we identify the best available green coffee and work with them to create interesting new flavors. When we are happy with what we've done, we release them as our seasonal blends. Because of this change in crop, we create special labels each season to uniquely identify each blend. Our approach to roasting and blending has allowed us to develop a buttery smooth style that distinguishes our coffee from others. It's our style, our stamp, our signature. You can taste the difference across all flavor profiles, whether the coffee is full-bodied or bright, earthy or fruity, wild and crazy or clean at the finish. And it's fresh, of course, since we roast it daily here at the Stone Creek Factory.
