Ingredients
3 full squares of Baker's chocolate
½ a stick of butter
2 ½ cups of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla
12 teaspoons of brewed coffee (Bold No. 5 Espresso)

Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler over low heat. Pour melted chocolate and butter into mixing bowl. Mix powdered sugar and vanilla into chocolate.

Add the brewed coffee one teaspoon at a time. Adjust number of teaspoons to get the consistency that you want. The consistency should be silky and almost fudgey (not too thick, but not runny).

Spread the frosting frosting over cooled, freshly baked brownies.

Eat with gusto.
